long-gone, I think the pine beetle problem in North Georgia and Tennessee has depressed stumpage prices in our area and lumber prices nationwide as land owners try to cut ahead of the beetle damage. Much timber is being cut years early to avoid the beetles. This will lead to a shortage and high prices in the not too distant future. What do you think? I am part owner of Babb Lumber Company www.babb.com

Also what do you think will be the outcome of the controversy over the CCA wood treating process???
