CG, We need a serious opposition party some time this century. What the heck happened to the bloq?? I like it a lot. Pennsaid works and works nice. As in NICE. Someone was playing with this over on SH recently. No names. I would say the odds on HC approval before EU is poor because I suspect this time around we'll hear something different from 'everyone fell asleep over there'. There's been a number of people combing through the wording, requirements, and steps (read Rochm's post on SH) and it does sound like by now Dimethaid has some insight. They've either heard from specific countries or know there are only a few days left. Warren feels the time limit is actually 55 days if I understood that right (Warren?). ASAP I would think Dimethaid will want to conclude the deal in Europe they'd better have in principle by now and grab the cash. Smart buy on behalf of our globally recognized partner over there (necessary conjecture). My feeling is HC before September 30 and any day is not impossible. It'll all happen when it happens. At the moment things seem downright positive - but, she's come most of the way since becoming involved with Clarke Pharmaceuticals. Where ever the pendulum of the attitude of the street has happened to be, she has moved (slowly) towards bringing great products to huge markets still owning everything and not having any debt. No mean feat. Now its 'great comfort and great confidence' on ROBTV and an aggressive plan to own 100% of OXO. My vote is EU approvals announced first but HC not too far behind. Lets just hope the EU did their thing this time. Wolf BTW - next 45 days I think pretty much HAVE to have some milestones in them. AGM is right after that.
