Dave,

I just got in from a day which included close to a 2.5hr. visit to the OZON facility, and which included a tour and a discussion with John Williams and briefly with Bill Stoddard regarding projects, projections, and the company in general. I was very favorably impressed and, while I still need to digest my notes, I think that the story is beginning to come together and those shareholders who stay with this company should be richly rewarded. I think that it should easily see a positive quarter before years end, which is a huge step forward.

I need to get some sleep now but I will try to review more of my impressions tomorrow or the next day as time permits.
