To be fair the greatest creation of private wealth in modern history took place under mr. bill. I don't think that could be called soaking the rich. Further The action of the market since it appeared bush would get elected suggest most investors and ceo's have very little confidence in moving our economy along. If his policies were so good business would not be afraid to commit funds for capital spending. Rational expectations are at work here and apparently it isn't rational to invest in growth under the current administration.
