Sorry to hear about your problems. You mentioned you're using Netzero now. I have used Netzero as a backup to my cable connection in the past. But, the last couple of times I've tried to use it all the lines I try give me a busy signal. This goes on for days and I eventually give up. If you have a way to look up a few phone numbers for Netzero in the Denver/Boulder area, I'd sure appreciate them. TIA. Ken
