All - Not being TA-literate, I don't know what the hell to make of this stock's performance (or lack thereof) over the past two weeks. Even with the settlement announcement, the price hasn't budged more than a few pennies either way. This despite some reasonable volume. I own the stock for long-term reasons, but I'm real curious about what's going on technically. Opinions? Thanks. Rich
