Hays as of today 6 month projection for dow is 12,600 and for nasdaq is 2500. More bullish now that at any time since 96. Based on double confirmation by arms index, smart money index, new highs, stocks above 200 day moving average. He had been calling for a rally and then a retest. His currentv view is that the retest may already have happened last week. mike
