The above is also worth noticing. That makes p4-2GHz twice as expensive as p4-1.9GHz with difference in frequency by ~5% and probably much less than 5% in performance.
There are two possibilities:
a) rather than giving amd the market share that amd wants amd decided to destroy the chip market - kamikazi solution
b) there are no yeilds at 2GHz on .18
