A number of reasons. 1. I was born here. 2. I am a short specialist and in Canada, where I was perviously living, they are also cracking down on shorts, at the request and lobbying of the SEC and affiliated Brokerage firms. 3. The population here is of 16,000,000 people of which few have discovered trading and investing and the internet. Opportunnities abound. 4. I would like to start a brokerage firm here. 5. I would like to get married, have children, work, and eventually die here. Hopefully in that order.
