For the six months ended 6/30/01, Revenues decreased 99% to $50 thousand. Net loss applicable to Com. totalled $3.1 million, up from $14 thousand. Revenues reflect the absence of anup-front licensing payment made by Becton Dickinson. Higher loss also reflect increased legal and travel expenses.
