I certainly don't disagree with what you said, but from my 35 years experience in the gambling business, IMHO, a business needs a customer base of regulars, occasional players, tourists, and once-in-a-lifetime players. Then you hope that the regulars can win enough from the others to stay in action. I don't know of anyone, and I know a lot of serious gamblers, who is ahead of the race track for their lifetime.

Just my opinion, not trying to be argumentative.
