Can a company go bankrupt when it has no debt? When it posts over a few hundred million in cash and equivalents? If anything, INSP is being extra silent on all fronts regarding the release of information due to the lawsuits. Therefor all are in the same blackout postition regarding what is going on at present. Even the upcoming announcements are not being made. Where is the Sony annoucement? Did the portal announcement come out? Christ, the move to 1.18 looks like it came on a volume of 95K. Did some poor slob put everything up 'at the market'? Just can not believe the levels today. GX also dipped very low (3.60's). The lawsuits may look like they are going forward after that hearing, (did it not take place on 8/18?) In any event, INSP should have insurance in place to help defend the lawsuit, and/or settle (still a year or three away). So that should not have anything to do with the trading today. Even if there is a clause that does not cover "intentional acts" for the defense of the lawsuits, this would not be ruled on or know at this time.
