Well TSC isn't yet giving up on their view: thestreet.com I do agree that companies often spin their releases, but it's pretty clear that TSC is doing the same. To argue that [t]oday's announcement from Biopure does little to shed anything new on the safety of the company's blood substitute is just plain wrong. We definitely know more today, and the probability of eventual approval has definitely risen. I do agree the product is not a lock for approval - the AC meeting will definitely be tough. Peter
