Pepsico paid zero taxes last year. Bush priority now is for Big Energy companies to pay little or no taxes. His 33 billion tax gift to them in his energy bill proves that. He wants we the tax-payers to pay for Big Energy to go into our wilderness areas and plunder our environment, and also to pollute our air and water more. A-holes. Let's fight them on this all the way. And I'm really sick of right-wingers defending the very rich who have offshore accounts, massive tax write-offs and often pay less taxes than your average janitor. Besides the US already has the lowest tax rates in the western world. Why? Because we have no national health care system and 50 million people are without health insurance. So the rich have it easy and 50 million people are in danger. That's due to the Republicans. Okay I can live with that, but why try and kmake it worse. The more you give the rich the less everyone else has. And we don't need more neediness and despair. We are a better country than that.
