I am offering "sales" not "marketing" services. A very big difference.

As to sales vs. profits, I consider them to be one and the same for this endeavor. If we can get a few sucke.....er, investors, the minute that money hits the account, we count it as profits and divide it up.

So if I can sell your services to Smithee...say the Gold Package for $10,000, we book that sale. I take $4K and you take $6K. If I were you, I would take $4K off the top and just "invest" the remaining $2K to see if we can mitigate Smithee's losses.

but, I like your counter offer, and accept. 40% of gross sales.

I think it may be best if we have the money sent directly to me and then I would fund the company account.
