Cash is King in a deflation, Terry.

Look at it this way. With:

1. Iso's best guesstimate only slightly favoring stagflation (60/40).

And...

2. The strong possibility of another leg down in the broad stock market in the 4th quarter that could also pull the golds down somewhat with it, in a deflationary scare.

40-50% cash, going forward, IS part of the "plan".
