QUICKIE--Analysts shrug off Cisco news Cisco shares jumped 1.49, or 9%, to 18.25 as investors cheered the networker’s report that business may be stabilizing. But analysts said Cisco’s (CSCO) news wasn’t really news. They said investors are grasping at any hint of optimism after so much gloom.
