Look at analyst who was sued

and lost. He made overly optimistic recommendations. The brokerage houses are also getting ready to self monitor and pass restrictions on owning shares while recommending stocks because of that lawsuit.

Go to sec.gov and look at all the stock promoters who have been sued by the SEC and lost. sec.gov It is considered stock fraud to post misleading information. Look at the ceo's who have been sued for posting misleading press releases. IVEH is a great example.

It is illegal for anyone to post misleading information especially if they are profiting, stock promoters, independent pump and dumpers, big share holders, competitors, investor relations, public relations, ceo...doesn't matter.
