This is looking like something between a "takeunder" and a reverse merger. Did Global or Mr. Abdullah previously own all or a piece of the private company Alpha Virtual, and take it public using PCTR as a "shell," while also taking control of a valuable asset they needed - IC3D - at a very low price?

Or does the old Alpha Virtual still exist? Strange that they would choose the same name if the old company still exists.

Who owned it? Was the old Alpha Virtual related to INOVx by more than the fact that Didato worked for both companies, while also working for Global, perhaps not all at the same time?

Arabian connections, Berlin connections, off-shore corporations, what a maze we have here. Quite a change from the staid old PCTR that we knew and loved. Wish I lived nearer to California and could attend the shareholders meeting to ask some questions before I voted for more shares.
