The problem at FALC is they might actually have something that would be viable in a viable market. Diamonds are however an artificial market with artificial shortages needed to make it work.

DeBeers is putting some of their richer projects on the back burner. They have even suspended development of their NWT projects for the time.

Illicit goods are flooding the market from Siberia to South Africa and diamonds just are not that valuable anymore.

Diamonds have had a 100 year run and are perhaps being rendered obsolete.
