Hi Marginnayan,

Just as a small side note to Video on Demand.
I am an owner of 2 dealerships in a small east Texas town called Livingston Tx.The local phone company has been a leader in offering Video On Demand for over a year now.

Their experience has been huge demand for video's. The convenience is what it is all about. Their indications suggest a tripling of video usage occurs when it is convenient/on demand.

The bottle neck is affording the upgrade within the last mile. The local phone company was like a bank since the telephone was invevted.ggg They had the cash to look for additional opportunities.Their estimate was that it took 1500 per phone line to make the upgrade.

In my opinion there is little doubt that bandwidth will grow- but it will grow at the positive cash flow rate of the rbocs. With some small exceptions like livingstons local phone company and of course Metro Area Networks which are truly a powering factor for data transmission, the last mile will be the long term bottle neck. This bottleneck will not go away with IPO money - rather it will take the slow pay as you go cash flow method of the big boys in the telecom and cable world.

JMHO
