His last bullish reading was a week ago so he still has the opportunity to be right....and wrong! It appears he put the rest of his cash into equities 6 weeks ago, so by any timing measure, he has been quite wrong (unless you apply BB's axiom, "I'll be right eventually, even if it takes years"). best...
