Arf, arf. Elvis says, Buy dips only. DON'T chase rallies.

AND......

"Current choppy action in the golds is normal and orderly. Relax and stick to your plan. Think LT."

ST, the only concern I have is that Iraqi crude is due to show up in the API either this afternoon or next week. IMO the current weakness in gold and other commodities is in anticipation of that. Expect Wed morning will be an excellent entry time as the behind the curve crowd sells into the late stage of the dip and creates a good bottom for us to buy into.<G>

Another sign of a bottom will be a few snarls and shrill barks from a few of the toy clown dogs.<lol>

Volatility is characteristic of the thinly capitalized gold stock sector. This is the reason I've been preaching for months to keep high cash levels and slowly average into the golds on weakness only.

PATIENCE, FOCUS ON YOUR LT PLAN.

Am 53% cash, 34% golds and 13% in partial positions in 2 NG special situations.

As Elvis says, don't chase a rally. Early in the accumulation phase of a new bull market, there are ALWAYS plenty of great buying ops during the sharp quick sell offs typical of Bull markets.

Most important thing is to keep your cool so you make decisions without emotions getting in the way.

Hope that helps you.
