Majestic's SAFE-T-PRODUCTS Covered on Boston and Detroit Network
News Programs

Majestic's SAFE-T-GARD Makes Front Cover of Detroit Automotive Industry Newspaper - 'Tech
Center News'

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Majestic SAFE-T-PRODUCTS, Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Majestic
Companies, Ltd., (OTC Bulletin Board: MJXC - news) is pleased to announce that their innovative school transportation
safety products were showcased last night on network affiliate TV news programs in Boston, MA and Detroit, MI. The
SAFE-T-GARD also made the front cover of the August 20 edition of Tech Center News, a Warren, MI trade newspaper that
covers the Detroit automotive industry.

In Boston, local station WHDH Channel 7, the NBC network affiliate, included the segment entitled ``Buckle Up On the
Bus'' during their 11:00 pm nightly news time slot. The news story covered the issue of restraints on school buses from the
shortcomings of existing solutions such as seat belts, to some of the alternatives, including the SAFE-T-BAR(TM), that are
being evaluated by pupil transportation officials to solve this longstanding concern. The bus restraint/SAFE-T-BAR story
will repeat today during the 12:00 noon news time slot. The segment can also be viewed on WHDH's website as a streamed
video segment by going to www.whdh.com and clicking on ``Special Reports''.

In Detroit, UPN Channel 50, the local CBS affiliate, ran a comprehensive story on the Company's new SAFE-T-GARD
loading zone ``people deflector'' product. The story was a result of the recent installation of SAFE-T-GARD's on school
buses at Warren Consolidated Schools in the greater Detroit area. The feature aired during both the 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm
nightly news time slots. UPN Channel 50 interviewed Dr. Steven Rosenthal for the news feature and timed the airing of the
segment to coincide with the start of the 2001 school year, which starts today in the Detroit area.

On August 20, Tech Center News, an industry newspaper that ``Covers the Hub of Macomb County's Auto Industry''
(Detroit) ran a front page story on the recent installation of SAFE-T-GARD's onto buses at Warren Consolidated Schools.
In the story, district transportation director John Roeck commented on the installation of the innovative SAFE-T-GARD
``Most people know school buses are some of the safest vehicles on the road. If we didn't think it might help, we wouldn't put
it on our buses.'' Roeck added ``And if it saves one life, you can't put a price on that.'' A copy of the article can be obtained by
calling Majestic at the number below, and will be made available for viewing on the Company's website at www.themcl.com

Dr. Steve Rosenthal, President and COO for The Majestic Companies, Ltd. commented on the recent news coverage ``We
feel that this is only the tip of the iceberg. The Company's products are truly innovative and bring about a new level of bus
safety that has previously been unavailable to school transportation directors. In this market, change does not happen quickly,
but once a clear direction has been set by the leaders, the market has a tremendous propensity to follow through and adopt a
superior solution. Take for example the swing-out crossing wand that you see on the front of school buses which prevents
children from crossing directly in front of the bus during a stop. Although this is not a federally mandated product, it is
quickly becoming standard equipment on buses in America. Even though we have been marketing the SAFE-T-BAR for
some time now, and we have really just started marketing the SAFE-T-GARD, we believe that our products are poised for
mass adoption by the marketplace in the not too distant future. In fact, once we complete the placement of one of these
products into any of the major markets we are currently in discussions with, look not only for these life saving products to
attract nationally syndicated media coverage, look for them to show up on a school bus in your community.''

About the SAFE-T-BAR

The SAFE-T-BAR is a patented and innovative school bus passenger restraint system that closely approximates the type of
restraint system most commonly found on amusement park rides. The heavily padded U-shaped bar is designed to lock in
place during a sudden stop, collision or bus rollover, thereby controlling and restraining the passenger within the padded
seating area.

About the SAFE-T-GARD

The SAFE-T-GARD is an innovative and patented safety product that has been designed to reduce injuries and fatalities as a result of children in the loading zone
being run over by the rear wheels of a school bus.
