Henrik: I can't find any issues in the financial statements that would lead me to believe the Company is in imminent risk of bankruptcy, which the current price action seems to be implying, and I have a little experience in this area.

On the contrary, the balance sheet looks pretty good. They had $60+ MM in positive working capital at the end of Q2, and $60+ MM of cash in early August.

The only thing I can think of is one of three possibilities:

1) Natural market reaction to falling gas prices.

2) Running of stops on what is otherwise an average volume day (so far). Time & sales info appears to be mostly smaller-volume sales by Joe 6-Pack.

3) There could be an equity or debt offering (e.g., shelf registration) in the works?

Just my two cents. Other views would be appreciated.
