ValCom Signs Video Production Deal

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Vince Vellardita, President and CEO of ValCom, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
VCMI; Frankfurt: XETRA VAM) an Entertainment company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a production
agreement to begin video production at its Valencia Studios. The agreement is just under $1 million dollars, approximately 39
weeks for production of a soap opera series for a major television network. This series will be aired over broadcast TV
stations and cable systems throughout the US and International markets. This is the first video production in the company's
studio facility and will allow the company to provide use of its own video equipment for this production. Other productions
such as ``JAG'' and ``Power Rangers,'' are recorded on film.

``We are very excited to utilize our facilities and equipment owned by the Company for video production. This type of
production is certainly an enormous step forward and a tremendous milestone for ValCom to have long term video
production in place,'' comments Mr. Vellardita. ``This will potentially generate significant revenue for ValCom and
aggressively accelerate the company's business plan. We have been working to establish a relationship with producers to
expand our production facilities and equipment rental business. This will be a great addition to the long term contracts that
ValCom already have in place with Paramount's 'JAG' and Saban's 'Power Rangers'. This agreement enhances our company's
business model as we continue to build shareholder value,'' says Vellardita.
