Metropolitan Health Networks Adds 3,000 New Medicare Lives in Florida
Approximately $15 Million in Annualized Revenues
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 2001-- Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc. (METCARE(TM))(OTC BB: MDPA) today announced that it has expanded its risk contracts by approximately 3,000 Medicare lives in Volusia and Palm Beach Counties.
Annualized revenues are expected to approximate $15 million. This growth will bring METCARE's combined membership in Florida to approximately 48,000 patients.
