Without evidence that the Directors breached their fiduciary duty to the shareholders and unjustly enriched themselves (insider selling is typically a prerequisite), there is no basis for a lawsuit.

I haven't owned any PCTR for awhile but it's interesting to try to figure out what they're doing. I wouldn't complain too much because if they truly didn't care about their public shareholders, they could voluntarily delist as ACMM and SMDX have recently done.
