you pose generalities of some co2 regulations and the law. There is no technology available today to reduce c02 that has been demonstrated. I know of no co2 regulations or laws. I don't know of the suits you are speaking and why is no democrat not jumping up and down if what you say has an ounce of credibility.

The only thing I know about c02 is 100% of the Senate rejected Kyoto and that was about co2.

If there has been noncompliance with some Act it may be that the provisions of the Act were stupid in the first place and the Act should be ignored. But I have no knowledge that CO2 is part of the Clear Air Act.

Why do you keep claiming that there are any regulation dealing with CO2 in the 1970 Clear Air Act?????
