Darden is already on record of saying if the Canadian JV is commercial, KWK will need to raise equity to develop the JV.

This would be a disaster for current shareholders even if it was possible, which I don't believe it would be in todays market.

If the JV is not commercial, it will be a bigger disaster for the common stockholders.

Here is a list of what other leveraged stocks are currently selling for today:

ABP 106% selling at 1.17 times cash flow

KCS 106% selling at 1.58 times cash flow

BNO 93.96% selling at 1.08 times cash flow

PNO 90.83% selling at .74X cash flow

MSSN 67% selling at 1.36 times cash flow

RRC 62.84% selling at 2.20 times cash flow

And then we have KWK:

KWK 81.24% selling at 7 times cash flow.

Still lots of money left in this one for the shorts.
