CNBC just announced that Intel has reported at their CA conference that they still see a seasonal second half, meaning there will be some lift from the first half . Good news for the markets...the Dow has gone below 100 for the first time in a couple of hours. In the last 20 minutes, both AMD and Intel have gone green.
