KAI; One aspect of this new management team that nobody has focused on is the inclusion of the new tech honcho, Deepak. His coming on board certainly brings a lot of innovation to a group of scientists that have probably been so wrapped up in making the technology work that the creativeness needed for developing & implementing the needed OEM requirements became secondary. With this new guy, there is a definite background of technology tweeking cabability that was probably lacking. His list of accomplishments along those lines is impressive along with his many patents. I await his input & am keeping an open mind as regards when & how the new team comes to grip with the past transgressions...! Dennis
