Hi, Miljenko,

And thanks for your take on the DDDP uncertainties. Insiders pace of buying has picked up from a dribble in March to bigger chunks in July. What do they know? A deal in the works? Good interim preclinical data?

Anyhow, moving on to LEXG:

Insider buying here, too. LEXG is one of the older BLUE H stocks, have been in BLUE H for almost a year. There's been some selling, also at these levels. But insider buying of any kind at this time in a BLUE H stock, seems like a strong statement. I keep an especially close eye on such stocks.

Plenty o' selling in LSBC, but none at these levels. All in the $7 and $8 range. This is a company that has made noise about being in talks with potential partners and expecting deals before year end. Maybe buying a basket of such companies that haven't yet delivered on that noise in hope that say 30% of them land one is a good strategy here?

Absolutely nothing going on in MCLS, and at under 2 bucks, not a surprise. Must say, it's looking awfully cheap here at $1.40, its low.

MDCO had a private placement at $11 and it is holding this since then. A bit of selling, chiefly in the middle teens, after the first quarter of AngioMax sales looked good. The second Q was a miss, and it's back at $11. Tempted to nibble on these guys, but would like a second opinion on their product. I note in passing that another BLUE H(eaven) company that has a similar strategy of inlicensing late-stage drugs is doing very well. That being FHRX, perhaps the best performing BLUE H stock around. I've never seen it mentioned by SI biofreaks. C'est larvae.

One thing that has kept me from following Peter in this one is the steady stream of 144s for prices at these levels or slightly higher.

OTOH, PTIE, another idea from Peter, has also seen selling at $8 and hogher. But it has offered opportunities in the $6s. BLUE H got greedy, and missed the last such dip by a hair with a too aggressively low buy target. I like both of these in the $6s, as a matter of fact.

A classic BLUE H stock. Noticeable selling at all prices since expiration. Like this company, but don't have a clue as to what would be a good entry now. BLUE HP's charge into the first post-expiration circumpachydermal vortex looked good for a while. Guess I'd wait for another one at these levels or lower before trying again, ceteris parabis.

A bit of sellin, but nothing since July. This is interesting, because TELK showed some promise at this time (see that thread for details), and nobody is selling into it. A good sign, but what's a (re)entry point? Clueless about that.

Another classic unlock scenario, TWTI saw a couple of sales on the day of unlock. At least two of the guilty have filed. TWTI holding at about those prices, and I like it here & in the high $6s.

Wasn't it in VGNX that we saw a huge block get sold recently? I seem to recall Rick pointing to it on the T/FIF thread. It hasn't shown up on 144s, so it is likely an elephant, and we'll have to wait for the Form 13s. Plenty of 144s to choose from, but they stop in mid-July. VGNX dirt cheap, but what will move it? Might be a longer term proposition than we'd hoped.

That does it for the holdings and a couple of closely watched candidates. I'll be poking around in the darker corners of BLUE H looking for insider activity that might provide clues on stocks like INMX, GNOM, AMEV, DYAX, etc. Y'all will hear it here first if I find anything interesting.

Cheers, Tuck
