I believe that Nokia would have communicated with their investor base by now if they truly anticipated there would be a delay with the GPRS phone introductions, given that their estimated time of arrival is basically within the next four and a half weeks. You don't. I also suspect that the Wit SoundView analyst is making a mountain out of a mole hill regarding the software patch. Standards are adjusted and fine tuned all the time. I suspect that he is blowing the the significance of this event out of proportion. The 3GPP TSG GERAN group will make a decision on Nokia's proposed solution this week in Naantali, Finland.
