Arthur,

I may well indeed by stupid and ignorant but what would that make you? I have clearly articulated my arguments and you have not even taken the courtesy to respond in kind with something at least remotely relevant except for defamatory remarks and attempted insults.

Your notions of obsolescence and replacement theory are archaic and have since been integrated into more advanced and comprehensive overviews of strategy since the 1960s (and that isn't even a sarcastic remark). With the publishing of Competitive Advantage in 1980s and Drucker's books on management through the 60s and 70s, there has been considerably more research and analysis.

Instead of destroying value of the companies you consult, I would highly recommend going back to the reading list I suggested and educate yourself. If you insist on calling me stupid, ignorant and being a fool in general, I will readily concede as I am perpetually in the pursuit of knowledge -- at the same time, it is only arrogant fools who suggest that they know it all and need to learn nothing more.
