Hi Rose, We had a fabulous weekend with many wonderful adventures that I'm sure my other half is either in the process of posting or has done so already. It was so nice to get away and enjoy God's country. I have tried miso, there are different degrees of fermentation that vary the flavor. Have you tried tahini? It is good too and made of fermented beans. drea
