Try using the software that came with your camera to download. If it also shows the error then remove all the drivers and the download software for your camera (not adobe). Reboot and follow windows guide to reinstall the camera software. I have 3 USB devices and they all seem to get in a mess every few months. I have to uninstall them all and then add them one by one. Most annoying. KC
