You will receive 1 Bro-X for every 10 BXM you have on the date of record which will be announced later.

If you own BXM ... you will receive these shares directly. If you own BSR .... then you will participate in Bro-X as shares will go to BSR based on their ownership of 23% of BXM's shares and so your ownership will be indirectly reflected in the price of BSR.

BSR is probably very undervalued as a reasonable calculation of it's assets show ... including ownership of 23% of BXM & $30M. However, BSR is NOT going on the NASDAQ ... BXM is.

BXM will probably have a much more immediate reaction to buying power from the US as the US funds, institutions and investors become aware of what an awesome stock this is.

Personally, I'm somewhat diversified ... and have recently taken a position in BSR.

Alan ... I certainly wouldn't fret over any short term loss which is only a market fluctuation. BXM is a long term play. IMO, those who try to "trade" BXM are playing a dangerous game ... sure, some will be lucky ... buy those I know who have done it ... were OUT of the stock when it made it's big moves ... then trying to ponder if it was "too late" to get back in! LOL

Sleep well with BXM. From everything I'm seeing from knowledgeable people ... we may see the beginnings of a major bull market in gold and gold mining stocks VERY soon ... possibly next week!
