Actually, AMD can take advantage of the fact that Intel does not want to get down and dirty with AMD :)

Heck, they've never even mentioned AMD by name in their CC's.

Let INTC mention or counter if they like. The more they counter:
1. The more the word gets out there there is something "interesting" here
2. It may seem that INTC's being defensive.

I don't think that AMD's got anything to loose.
