Mq, I stopped reading after a few sentences, because I don't have time to read it, much less respond to it. My understanding is that you are retired, but I am not. I have a real job, plus am in graduate school, classes just started up again yesterday and have a ton of homework already, I've got kids who are starting school next week, and I do have something of a life. This is the last week of summer, and I have to paint and organize the kids' rooms. Like I told you yesterday, if you wanted to impress me, you already had your chance.
I said what I had to say on the other thread. That's my story, and I am sticking to it, and I am done with it.
I regret allowing you to goad me into losing my temper. I thought it was a serious breach of netiquette to come running over here for backup, and a breach of the code of intellectual honor. It's a form of weakness I would never allow myself. I fight standing on my own two feet, and I remain standing or I fall, but I don't run crying for help.
It's been interesting learning that for you, investing is not about making money. I don't have the luxury of losing money philanthropically on companies that I admire, so your recommendations shall evermore be disregarded. |
