P.S. Curiously enough Clinton benefitted a great deal from Reagan/Bush. With the Soviet Unions demise the world was made a safer place for US companies to do business. Ask yourself, who's gonna build a plant or build trade relations in a foreign country in which the Soviets are provoking civil war? With the worldwide Soviet threat squashed, Clinton was able to gleefully slash military spending.

What I find interesting is in light of the abject failure of the commun-istic model, we now move towards it.
