In NY the saber rattling general will try his level best to shove the Basmati rice to the back burner and put the Kashmir on the front burner. Indians will do just the opposite. Indians will not give in on the Kashmir issue no matter what...... Nepal has become an attractive real estate for China to usurp. Once Indians become soft on Kashmir, Kashmir will eventually fall into the hands of China. Pakistan, a client state of China, will have nothing to say about it. The Pak Govt. will just lay supine and let China have it its way.

For many world leaders - some are true leaders and some are rogues - coming to New York for fun and frolic at the taxpayers' expense of their respective countries, it will be a good shopping trip. That is good for NY. What is not good is the traffic tie-ups and hogging of the scarce parking spaces. Some have on their mind more shopping and mall hopping than diplomacy.

The General from Pakistan carries more nuisance value than substance that commands attention of the world leaders. The general will be carrying a bottom-up hat on one hand and the nuclear saber on the other hand. He will be rattling the saber very hard to claim equality with India and shoving the hat on the face of other leaders in such an obnoxious manner that they will decide to pay him the ransom. The bowery street bums (a generic phrase to characterize all bums) would want to take lessons from the general.
The leaders from the brother nations will be enamored by his newly acquired nuclear saber. The Sheiks and their freaks will get together and toast the general for his Islamic nuclear saber and give the general some dole. The leaders will have a funtastic time in the corridors of UN
