Or, maybe cops should just go into a bar during spring break around any university, bash a few heads at random and let them spend the night on the concrete floor in the tank. What the heck, some of them were going to get rowdy anyway. This way shut'em down beforehand and maybe they'll toe the line more closely next time. Tony
