Shorting seems like real bad advice... SUNW is still the market share leader in the high-end workstation/server market, a very healthy market due to all the infrastructure building going on. their sales and earnings are growing in excess of 25%. there have been NO SIGNS TO DATE of any slowdown in their business (DEC's problems are not a sign). And a PE in the low 20s is not so bad. Any even if their sales slow (which is sure tough to forecast given what's happening in their markets) their business is still way healthy. Short businesses that are in trouble...please give some hard facts that support your case for SUNW's sudden demise (since it may be above 60 again real soon.)
