New products were lacking, and he did take a pay cut, or so they say. But this stock made up for it I think.

The bottomline tho is the document itself. It's ambigous.
The stock didn't go up so its a false document, right? Wrong..

After looking at the document again I realized it was already done. Agreed to in the compensation plan of 1996. If I'm not mistaken, shareholders would've had to vote on this plan. Did Anyone on here?

PS.. I guess if I was Chadsey I would leave too. He would've had to work too hard and for less money than before.
