Looks like CCAA has created a international distribution channel with two divisions that control the product completely from the olive growers to the processors to the bottlers to the institutional user and end user.

On the IMOIL side, distribution is already in place, via Manzo-florida, for institutional sales (restaurant chains, bulk users, etc.)in the USA and Europe with Canada and Japan coming, while presently retaining retail sales in Europe under a recognizable existing brand name. imoil.com

On the EXTRA Srl side, CCAA will focus primarily on retail distribution to grocery chains and the consumer. Existing sales in Europe with the same USA, Canada, Japan scenario. This side controlling all aspects of distribution, including importation, and resulting in a higher profit.(25% profit margin per release).

The Bonolio company is the bottler that is capable of the actual packaging production under various retail labels, including their own. Possible private labels for chains and others. bonolio.it

Per April 20, release, IRIC will provide the marketing expertise for the combined oil divisions, institutional and retail. biz.yahoo.com

A.P.O.L represents 3600 olive oil producers(Growers or more?) and applies the stringent grading levels to the olive oil under the Italian government standards. CCAA has a exclusive agreement for the USA,Canada, and Japan.

It looks like Olive Oil is similiar to wine. Different grading levels determine the type of distribution; institutional or retail. There could be some over lapping due to pricing considerations.

Am going to Email CCAA to see if any we can get any further detail and if this is generally correct.
