Mary, How many people do you know on this planet that has his experience? He founded the company. He has managed (controlled) every aspect of the company for more than 30 years. ... Like it or not this man is a player. He has done it all and for a long time. You have to assume that he must know something. No one can argue that Jerry doesn't have a lot of experience, but remember the old saying that "a rising tide lifts all boats". Jerry has been competing in a "rising tide" market for the last 20 years. I believe the greatest challenge of his career is actually still ahead of him at this point. It'll be interesting to see how he handles the next 2 to 3 years and how much his experiences "help" him. Dave
