No question the buy out was a steal. Gateway shareholders thought
so much of the deal that gateway went up. When was the last time you
saw the buyers shares go up and on big volume.

A sweatheart deal was cut with gateway. The principles own so
many shares that it leaves the rest of us out in the cold. I was
mad at the price and did not figure the 65 million in cash.

WHAT A RIP OFF..........
