i`m not that familiar to the company`s story than you seem to be, but close enough (geographic) to some 80 - 100 stockpromoters in the cologne area, germany awaiting to push the stock in july / august.
i think you`re right - last years ups were caused from here, too.
if there are any updates on cle, please let us know.
in the case of cle, i`m just a short term trader, not a believer in the company.
