To be fair I stole the idea for the clucker club (has a wonderful alliterative quality, doesn't it?) from JLA's post. Is that riffing? And I hope he knows that Sir is a compliment not an insult. I would want him to know that I don't approve of insults- either in person or absentia. I think it is boorish to do that. I've done it in the past and I feel just terrible about it. So I hope we can all try very hard only to say nice things about other people (or nothing at all if nice is impossible, which it sometimes is- I fully recognize that).
